Can substitute regular chilli flakes for Aleppo chilli flakes, fresh za'atar for oregano, and a mixture of Parmesan and mozzarella cheese for this recipe's tahini sauce. The book's "Tahini sauce" called for in this recipe can be made in advance.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This was not for me I’m afraid. It had a sweet and sour flavour that I did not care for. I should note that I did not put it under the grill at the end so that could make a difference. Maybe add a more smoky flavour.
