    This is in my top 2 chili recipes. The spices and dried chilies add such a depth of flavor. I think it adds the perfect amount of spiciness and was shocked that my 9 year old said it was delicious, since I thought it would be too spicy for him. I could have gotten a lot more creative with the garnishes, but it was a busy week! I prepped the different components the night before, threw it together in the morning, and had everything simmer all day. I made it vegan by substituting a package of Impossible and 16 oz of chopped mushrooms for the beef. These leftovers will not last long!
