Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I made 1/2 recipe and my mixer couldn't really handle the small volume of soft, sticky dough (I used gram measurements; volumes seem approximate). Since the kneading time was only 2 minutes, I just did the best I could and figured it was OK. Chilled the dough overnight as recommended, making it much easier to shape. Only used 1 Tbsp milk in the egg wash. Used a 9" skillet, but 8" would be ideal. Baking time was more like 30 min. Only needed 1 Tbsp butter for brushing, which I mixed with a bit of truffle honey as that is how we had them at Huso. The rolls were soft and delicious, best enjoyed slightly warm.
