Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    Can substitute granulated sugar for vanilla sugar.

    We had to get a few new ingredients--whole milk powder and glucose syrup--but because they are used throughout the book, this wasn't an issue. The vanilla was our first try out of this book. It's incredibly good--so purely creamy just the perfect texture. Definitely worth the effort.
