    This was really quite tasty and a different way to enjoy cabbage. The sauce didn't thicken quite how I imagined it would, and I think next time I make this I'll use gluten puffs rather than tofu as they will soak up the sauce. I made a pilau using the spice profile and vegetables in the recommended cauliflower rice dish to serve with it and that worked well too.
