    Can substitute rigatoni pasta for mezzi rigatoni pasta.

    I made 1/2 recipe with linguine - any shape works here as the sauce clings nicely to the pasta. Stirred in 8 oz blanched spinach at the end, which helped cut the richness. Using mild gochujang, it was only a little spicy. Really good, like vodka sauce amped up.
