    It took me about 3 hours to make the miso once the soy beans were soaked. This included cooking the beans in the Instant Pot - if you are using the stove and 1-2 hours more. It is a lot of fun to make and I am looking forward to trying it in 6-12 months time :) The instructions are great and very clear.
