Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was very good. I made a few changes and although no one would confuse it with restaurant vindaloo it was tasty. I used 3 tsp of Kashmiri pepper which is usually my spice level tolerance, but I barely sensed heat. I’ll increase it to 4-5 tsp next time. I added about 1/4C caramelized onions I had in my freezer and 2 handfuls of halved baby Yukon potatoes. Served with air fryer snap peas, basmati rice and garlic naan. We both cleaned our plates!
