    Phenomenonal! Fluffy and flavorful, soft with crisp edges! The process is so simple, and Lacey provides so much insight on how to troubleshoot. I used the rosemary and sea salt topping, and added garlic - the garlic did burn but it was still so delicious! I thought I’d had more leftover for sandwiches the next day (which this bread would be perfect for) but it was gone so quickly! My new go-to focaccia recipe!
