Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Very hearty, not too sweet, slightly crumbly. I mixed the batter the night before; baking time was 5 min longer. The batter mounded quite high, but the muffins did not rise much. Not bad, but not my favorite carrot muffin.

    Delicious! I brought them into my office and received rave reviews. I did omit the nuts, as I know some people don’t enjoy them in baked goods. The muffins took about 20 minutes for me to prepare, and after the first five minutes baking at 400, were done after 17 minutes at 350.

    These were okay. I have tried several spiced carrot muffin recipes and these are probably my least favorite.
