Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    And now for the pizza! This was great, and super easy dough to work with. Pizza was done in 13 minutes.

    This was a *tremendous* recipe, and as the other commenter noted, nearly foolproof (even working with some expired yeast, as I was, shh!) The dough rose beautifully, and was pillowy soft. I’ll be making this again.

    We make pizza once a week and this is my new go to recipe. It is basically foolproof. I do use bread flour instead of all purpose.
