    I used cauliflower instead of broccoli because I had it on hand. And added dill at the end for the same reason.

    wow this was so good! It’s kind of a lot of, “mush” so people who have issues with texture may not enjoy. I would not say the sauce tastes anything like cheese, but it does taste delicious! Will repeat.
