    This made my house smell incredible. I found this recipe a little confusing to follow — I had to re-read a section to understand what it was asking me to do. Tasting the sauce by itself — my husband asked me what it was supposed to be and I didn’t know. It just tasted like nooch. But once stirred into the curry everything was good! Served over brown rice. Extremely filling & I was able to get to 30g of plant protein!
