    I'm officially obsessed with these carrots! I did change the carrots - instead of keeping them whole, I cut them in half lengthwise and then in half to make the pieces smaller since it was a side to a dinner. I roasted them as the recipe said and flipped them after 10 mintues. The gochujang honey butter is fantastic! I honestly want to use it on everything!
