    Love this. A low effort, high flavor meal that comes together fast and looks beautiful. Don't think the initial soaking of chicken in sake and soy sauce adds much and could be skipped. The Teriyaki sauce is simple, balanced and delicious, as is the dressing for the cabbage slaw. I double the ginger, make extra slaw and add a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds just for fun, but it's excellent as written.

    Easy rice bowl. I liked the marinade and the addition of the cabbage. I would make this again.
