    These get such a nice crust on them from the cornstarch. Make sure to buy peeled shrimp so that the crust can actually form. I used a wok but would definitely use a flat bottomed skillet next time so they can be more in a single layer. Doubling the recipe was perfect for a weeknight dinner with leftovers.
