    Can substitute smoked tofu or plain tofu for marinated tofu, and tamari for soy sauce.

    This was an excellent, quick, tasty recipe, involving much less effort than using a griddle pan to make tofu steaks. It is a good, economical way to add some extra protein to the meal at the same time as baking or reheating something else in the oven.
