    This is delicious. I was a bit worried because it felt like there was so much sugar going into the cake but the end result is highly satisfying. We ate it, as suggested, with a bit of the stem ginger syrup and a spoonful of plain yogurt. My husband, who loves spice cake, especially loved this one.
