    There's not a lot of recipes we make multiple times, but this is one of them. We found this recipe in 1999 and have made it several times over the years since; including requests for birthday meals. The chickpea flour dumplings and the chunky, flavorful sauce pair well. Also, the dumplings play the role of protein since they're made with beans.
