Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

These pork chops were very tasty and very easy to make. The sauce was delicious and well-balanced and the chops were flavorful and juicy, even though they were boneless and not very thick. Homemade apple butter that I canned last year was perfect for this dish. Served with sides of roasted acorn squash and sautéed asparagus & leeks dressed with the Pancetta Vinaigrette from “Six Seasons” by Joshua McFadden. A perfect Sunday dinner — low effort, high flavor payback. Will make these chops again!
