Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Excellent. Very rich, deep chocolate flavor. I used the full amount of espresso powder, but could cut back or leave out if you want less coffee flavor. I used dutched cocoa but may try regular next time per ATK. Tips to keep your dough from being too thin and sticky: Hand mix everything. Mix the egg mixture just before you start adding the other ingredients. Let the melted butter and chocolate cool a bit before adding. Make sure you let the dough sit for 10 minutes to firm up. If still too sticky put in fridge for just a few minutes.
