Thai green curry with broccoli and chickpeas from Wholesome by Sarah: Fast Weeknight Dinner Ideas for the Whole Family (page 92) by Sarah Pound

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Accompaniments: Spiced coconut rice

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Like another reviewer I reduced the quantity of curry paste. I used a tin of maesri curry paste (114g) & it was definitely spicy. Like most of Sarah's recipes it is delicious & I also know it is good for us.

I made this for dinner this evening... I thought 190g of green curry paste was rather excessive. I use the Mae Ploy brand in a tub.... Thats half the tub. I decided to use just a wee bit more than I normally use (without following a recipe) I added around a heaped tablespoon in this. It was medium spicy and very pleasant. I didn't have broccoli so I subbed that with cauliflower. I am glad to use some of my courgettes from my garden as I have a glut. It was a delicious recipe and I would use again. I swapped out peanuts with cashews but added those at the end for crunch.
