    Made with juiced clementines, leftover from Christmas. Seemed over sweet, so halved the simple syrup and did not add egg white and sugar to the rosemary sprigs. Happened to have a bottle of (French) Rozelieures Malt on hand, fruity and smooth, which worked well.
