    This was pretty good considering I only tried it to use up a lot of celery and some other odds and ends from my CSA. I only used the juice from half a lemon because it looked like a lot of acid as written and cut the honey in half which was plenty of sweetness. I also just cubed the carrots instead of shredding them and substituted a bit of fennel for the red pepper. I also added goat cheese since this was going to be the entire meal. Feta might have been a better choice.
