    I made this a couple of times last year when my CSA started giving me dandelion greens. This is better than I expected although I don't think I've ever used the full amount of greens the recipe calls for. I'm not sure this is a real gumbo since there isn't any roux although you do add some flour to thicken it. It also takes closer to an hour to make.
