Renaissance of tuna casserole from Rachael Ray 2, 4, 6, 8: 30-Minute Meals For Couples or Crowds by Rachael Ray

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Maybe easier to eat with a different pasta

This is fine but nothing special. I grew up eating tuna noodle casseroles and I probably would have liked this more when I was younger but now it just feels heavier than what I normally eat. And I used half and half instead of cream and reduced it to about two thirds of a cup.
