    A deconstructed chicken parm with pasta, this is one of those dishes that's better than the sum of its parts. We used chicken thighs (seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and salt) from the instant pot because that's what we had on hand, and it was very good. Tips: Cook the pasta in salty water. Add a little of the pasta water to the dish. And use a good sauce because the sauce is really doing the heavy flavor lifting here.
