    Wonderful flavor! Made this with ground beef. I'm sure it will be equally delicious using ground chicken or turkey, ground pork or vegan ground whatever. I used toasted sesame oil, not plain sesame oil and it really added to the overall flavor of the meatballs and the dressing. Substituted dried red chili flakes for the chopped red chili in the dressing. Did my rice in the rice cooker which simplified the overall process. Definitely will make again.
