    This is such a good recipe, made with easy ingredients and excellent use of carrots. I did use saffron but it would be perfectly fine without. Definitely on repeat.

    Wowzer! This was SO GOOD! I didn’t use saffron as not a fan. Used 1/2 tsp dried basil instead of thyme. Chicken stock. So flavoursome!
