Can substitute brown sugar for coconut sugar. You may use the Fresh tofu (Tahu segar) recipe on p. 44, the Sweet soy sauce (Kecap manis) recipe on p. 38, and the Yellow spice paste (Bumbu kuning) recipe on p. 32. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
