    Can substitute bacon grease or duck fat for unsalted butter, kielbasa sausages for andouille sausages, red wine vinegar for apple cider vinegar, and Cajun seasoning for Creole seasoning.

    This was a tasty quick dinner. I used Aidell’s chicken apple sausages since that’s what was in the fridge. Since those are a bit sweet I skipped the brown sugar. Would be good with a dollop of Creole mustard or spicy brown mustard stirred in at the end.
