Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    My partner said this was the best couscous he’s had. It’s excellent. One warning: this is one of those dishes where you have to brown chicken parts on both sides and in batches - that part takes a sneaky amount of time. Dedicate 20-30 minutes to that part of the process.
