    This is so easy and comforting. I found the dried noodles and hondashi at an Asian grocery store. The broth is so flavorful. I added the noodles to the broth to cook instead of cooking them separately, mine needed 6 minutes instead of 3 (based on package directions). I doubled the recipe and ended up freezing about half of it. Really good with chili crisp added as well.
