Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I followed this recipe as written and cooked the pork to an internal temp of 170. It was cooked through, but wasn’t tender enough to be pulled. I did some more research and found that most sources recommend cooking to 195 degrees. Otherwise, the flavor was good. I will try again one day and see if it works better to cook it longer.
