Can substitute salt-packed capers for brined capers, canned cannellini beans for cooked cannellini beans, and Treviso precoce radicchio, Chioggia radicchio, or radicchio di Verona for radicchio Tardivo. Salsa verde should stand for at least 1 hour before serving.
