    Can substitute natural peanut butter for tahini.

    These came together quickly and were delicious. Love how how they called for cold butter and required no chill time, meaning I could quickly make these without any thinking ahead. Used a 1 TBS (or maybe 1.5 TBS) scoop instead of the called for 4 TBS scoop and got 30 smaller cookies (perfect size imo), baked for approx 7-8 minutes. Would make again
