    Soft tender cookie with a not too sweet, tart filling! Doubled the batch and used a 1oz scoop to get approximately 30 cookies. Found I needed to work at the indents a bit so the edges didn’t completely crack - for the 1 oz size using the back of a TBS worked to establish the indents out of the oven, once they cooled a bit more i packed them down a bit more to make a decent indents. Doubled the recipe, including the filling and I could have just done one batch of filling, I have a ton left over.
