Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I used this recipe as more of a template to use up what I had: 8 oz mushrooms, a yellow onion (instead of green), red bell pepper, fresh herbs (dill, parsley, chives) instead of dried, only ham (no chicken), mix of gruyere and jack cheeses. It made a perfectly serviceable dinner. Surprisingly, the cheese wasn't that noticeable.
