Saltfish soaks for a few hours or overnight. Can substitute bone-in saltfish for skinless and boneless saltfish, olive oil for rapeseed oil, and coriander leaves for chadon beni.
Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?
Accompaniments: Plain roti (Sada roti); Roasted coconut bread (Coconut pot bake); Sada roti (plain roti); Coconut pot bake (roasted coconut bread); Float bakes (Fry bakes/bokit); Fry bakes (float bakes/bokit)
Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.
