    Can substitute chicken drumsticks for bone-in skin-on chicken thighs. You may use the adobo recipe on page 36, the sofrito recipe on page 38, and the sazón recipe on page 39.

    This was delicious! I love the idea of crisping up the skin. I don't know that the bones in the broth helped much, though I was using home made stock, so maybe it would have made a difference with store stock.
