Can substitute other neutral oil for mild olive oil, other summer squash for yellow courgettes, Amalfi lemons for Sorrento lemons, regular oranges for blood oranges, other small sweet tomatoes for datterini tomatoes, pecorino or feta cheese for ricotta salata, and other large tubular pasta for mezze paccheri.
