Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Can substitute tamari for soy sauce, garlic and ginger paste for garlic cloves and fresh ginger, and giant wholewheat couscous for brown rice.

This was delicious and comforting. I added chickpeas and going berries and a couple of tablespoons of Caribbean curry powder as I love spice. Delicious and plenty of leftovers
