Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Can substitute dried desiccated coconut for fresh coconut, and Balkan-style yogurt for dahi.

    This was an easyish (husband did the chopping prep!) weeknight recipe but we were glad to have had store bought spiced chicken and flatbreads to augment. Next time I would use more spices to up the flavor as I feel some got muted by the dahi/coconut milk.
