Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

It satisfied the craving. Old fashion doughnuts are my favorite. I would double or triple the batch. For one recipie, it does not make much. I would also double the nutmeg. Since UK eggs are bigger I needed to use to US large eggs. One UK large yolk is 18 grams. I Iused one yolk and part of another. The left over egg I made into scrambled eggs. I made an Excel sheet to calculate how much baking powder and xanthan gum to use instead of making the self-rising flour. The dough was easy to work with. So yes give the batch size it was quick and easy.
