    My kids are wild about these muffins, I didn’t even manage to save any for the freezer. The color is a really funny dark green from the spinach and blueberries. Despite the color, the flavor profile is pretty much a banana/honey/oat muffin. Somewhat dense and chewy since they are flourless, but super filling and tasty. I appreciate how healthy they are, though I’ll still increase the honey from 1/4 cup to 1/3 cup next time. They are as easy to make as a smoothie! The only thing that would make this easier is if the ingredients had weights listed so I could weigh it all directly into the blender jar, but oh well. I’ll have to write the weights in myself, because I’ll be repeating this recipe often.
