    These foil packet variations are great! The protein options all pair well in terms of timing with the different vegetable options, and I like that she gives both oven and grill cooking options. I've used both cooking methods and they're both pretty accurate on timing. I really like the soy/garlic sauce variation, with bok choy or zucchini as the vegetable and either chicken, salmon, or pork as the protein. The recipe is great for camping, too, if you make the sauce and prep the protein ahead and just put together the packets in camp.
