Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I changed up a lot of the fruit and nuts, as allowed in the recipe notes, to use what I had on hand. I halved the syrup after seeing Monica's note below and it was a good idea -- it was decidedly not-too-sweet this way. I may add some warming spices next time.

    It is a bit more sweet than I usually like. I did find the recipe gave me a bit too much liquid, so I don't think the 3tbsp water was really necessary.
