    I made this with whole wheat bread crumbs from a loaf of bread I had baked earlier in the week. That may have made it a little healthier but also a little drier. Definitely would recommend serving this with vanilla ice cream to balance out the dry texture. I added a sprinkle of salted caramel finishing sugar when I removed the foil for the lat 10 minutes baking.
