    Been in my repertoire for years. Delicious. It's our favorite match with grilled steak. The gorgonzola marries the two very well. One suggestion on recipe...I cook the potatoes first until almost done and remove them. When the pasta is nearly finished, I add them to the boiling water. This makes it easier to get the right texture for the potatoes. Also, save a good amount of pasta water to get the sauce to the right consistency. This is one of my near-worn-out cookbooks.
