    note for two of us: use 2 deep sided indiv gratin dishes I half all ingredients except I use 1 egg yolk, a little more cream, a rounded T of onion, the meat from top grade 1 ¾ lb lobster (2c) I top off with 3 large uncooked shrimp in spiral pattern, then lots of buttery crumbs well seasoned with parmesan, S&P Bake 30 minutes. Delicious.
